Monitoring will help us to measure the real impacts of development on the human environment and adapt enhancement or mitigation strategies to meet desired objectives.  

Our services include supporting clients to: 

• Develop and implement social, cultural and economic monitoring and management plans.  

• Understand monitoring and management processes through training. 

Our approach empowers communities to: 

• Track which social, cultural, and economic values are impacted by projects and determine how they are impacted.  

• Work with industry and governments to ensure projects meet approval conditions or agreement terms. 

• Ensure development activities do no harm to social, cultural, and economic community values.   

The result is that project proponents and government agencies: 

• Continue to engage collaboratively with community partners. 

• Provide opportunities for local people to monitor project impacts in real time.  

• Ensure that approval and agreement terms are being met.

• Adapt enhancement or mitigation strategies to ensure they meet target objectives.
